How are you guys scaling ad variations without losing control?I need 20+ ad versions a week, mostly to test different hooks. Tried a few AI ad tools, but the output usually feels too generic and I can’t control the first few seconds precisely enough. Right now I build one base ad in CapCut, then duplicate it and only swap the first 3 seconds + captions. The rest stays the same, so I’m actually testing one variable at a time.
